Our Farm to Table Dinner Party Kits provide everything you need to create gourmet dishes in the comfort of your own home. And of course, the full recipe video for a step by step how-to!! It's like a private cooking class for the price of one!

With our Pasta 101: A Taste of Italy kit you'll make an authentic pasta style from Piedmont, Italy called "Tajarin," which requires no extra fancy tools. (Except for our truffle butter but I've got you covered there!)

This culinary journey also includes my favorite Pecorino Romano I imported from Rome plus the traditional chocolate hazelnut delicacy famously from Italy called "Gianduja".

Each kit generously serves 4-6, making it perfect for a cozy dinner with your loved ones or a delightful gathering of friends. *this pasta kit will get you a few rounds of pasta and lots of extras-- quiche, anyone?

What's Inside February's Kit:

🌾 Hillside Grain's Flour - 1LB bag- Hard Red Spring Wheat, high extraction bread flour. Organic, hard red spring wheat freshly stone milled. This is a strong, high extraction bread flour (protein 12-13%, ash content 1.2%). Never bleached, bromated, treated or enriched in any way. It is rich in color, boasting a delicious nutty wheat flavor.

Local Free-Range Eggs: We believe in the quality of our eggs, sourced from local free-range farms. The Tajarin is all about egg yolk and we got the beautiful, healthy yolks for this kit. 1 doz

🧀 Genuine Fulvi® Pecorino Romano DOP: My favorite pecorino from Season 6 of my show- This ancient cheese is made from 100% sheep's milk collected in the countryside of Rome and produced in Nepi, 15 miles north of the city. Aged 10 months to 1 year and coated in black wax per tradition, Fulvi® is in a class by itself. What separates Fulvi® from other Pecorino Romanos is the higher butterfat content of the whole (not skimmed) sheep’s milk from Lazio, making it less dry and hard than those made in Sardinia. The cheese is also less salty, allowing you to enjoy its rich flavor grated or eaten as is. Even a small amount will create a hearty flavor to enhance your favorite dish.  1/2lb

Season 5 of my PBS Food & Travel show, The Original Fare, had me traveling to the beautiful Piemontese countryside in Italy. This northern region of Italy is home to Barolo, the famed Alba truffle, the delectable gianduja, and tajarin!

What's the cost?!

Each kit is priced to pay our farmers! We're following a transparent chain to know where our food comes from, to be sure it's grown as ethically, sustainably, and organically as it can be, and to be sure money gets in those pockets of farmers! Each kit also pays me as well for sourcing the ingredients, getting the ingredients, putting in the time and work to recipe test and make each kit accessible to an array of skills, and bringing the freshest, most sustainable ingredients to your table.


We ship, we deliver, come pick-up, I'll drop by drone!

I finally puzzled some of my shipping headaches out and we're ready to ship the kit nationwide! We also offer local delivery in the Boise area or pick-up in Star. (Just kidding on the drone drop- does anyone really want that?!)

Shipping: We ship out weekly Monday-Wednesday depending on your location. My goal is to get it to you by Friday.

Delivery to Boise: Fridays or Saturdays (or email me for requests)

Pick-up in Star: Wednesday-Saturday (or email me for requests)
