What's in the trio:

• Pizza Dough Flour: Made by Hillside Grain in Sun Valley this organic, hard red spring wheat is freshly stone milled. This is a strong, high extraction bread flour (protein 12-13%, ash content 1.2%). Never bleached, bromated, treated or enriched in any way. We've portioned it out and included the recipe for making 6 Neapolitan style pizzas. Super easy and better than most you'll find at a restaurant!
  
• Triple Concentrated Tomato Paste: When I first started making my own tomato paste my world changed. So much rich flavor! This batch is likely quadruple-concentrated-- after taking Rice Family Farms organic Roma tomatoes they were cooked down and strained and cooked again until the consistency and color were pasty and dark and the taste: intense! This is a super small batch item and only available through these trios. 
  
• Pizza Bling: As a NYC gal one of my favorite meals was getting a hot slice, folding it in a warm paper plate, and sprinkling on generous amounts of garlic, red pepper and oregano. Outside of the city I don't see a lot of those kinda fixin's on the table. So I made my own! This is a blend of our oregano, Mirasol red pepper flakes, and organic garlic powder. I've found myself reaching for the jar to top off pasta dishes!
